Über die Herkunft der Plasmahistaminase im anaphylaktischen Schock des Meerschweinchens

Summary

Histaminase is released into the blood during anaphylactic shock in guinea-pigs. Experiments are reported in which the antigen is applied to different sections of the cardiovascular system and to the heart lung preparation. These experiments demonstrate that the liver is the site of histaminase release in guinea-pigs.
