Über den Einfluß des Äthyl-Urethans und des Phenyl-carbaminsäure-isopropylesters auf das Lungengewebe der Ratte

Zusammenfassung

Nach 15- bzw. 18 monatiger Verfütterung von Äthyl-Urethan und Phenyl-carbaminsäure-isopropylester in öliger Lösung und als Pulver an normale Ratten, konnte das Auftreten von Lungenadenomen oder anderen Lungentumoren nicht beobachtet werden. Bei allen Versuchstieren fanden sich jedoch schwerste Bronchiektasen und starke entzündliche Reaktionen im Peribronchialgebiet. Ein Wirkungsunterschied zwischen Äthyl-Urethan und Phenyl-carbaminsäure-isopropylester bestand nicht.
