Zur Differenzierung der Receptoren für den Bezold-Jarisch-Reflex

Zusammenfassung

p-Chlorphenyläthanolamin und der Phenyldiallylessigsäureester des Diäthylaminoäthanols, die einen reflektorischen Atemstillstand ohne Auslösung der Kreislaufreflexe von Bezold-Jarisch hervorzurufen vermögen, wurden im Vergleich mit Veratrumalkaloiden an 35 Katzen untersucht. Die Receptoren für den Atemreflex wurden durch Katheterisieren der A. pulmonalis in deren Ausbreitungsgebiet lokalisiert. Durch Atropin, Parpanit und Pendiomid wurde eine pharmakologische Beeinflussung der Atemhemmung versucht.

Zur Deutung der Versuchsergebnisse muß man entweder das Vorhandensein verschiedener Receptoren für den Atemreflex in der Lunge annehmen oder seine physiologische Zuordnung zu den Kreislaufreflexen des Bezold-Jarisch-Effektes ablehnen.
