Zusammenfassung
Es wurde die diuretische Wirkung von N-p-Chlorphenyl-2,4-diamino-s-triazin-hydrochlorid = Chlorazanil (Neo-Urofort, Triazurol, Orpidan, Daquin) an wachen, trainierten Bastaid-Hündinnen untersucht. Die Tiere erhielten nach entsprechenden Einstellinfusionen für 195 min Dauerinfusionen von 0,9%iger NaCl-Lösung, 5%iger NaCl-Lösung oder 20%iger Mannitlösung in den Mengen von 0,05 ml/kg/min. 75 min nach Infusionsbeginn wurden in einem Teil der Versuche 4 mg bzw. 6 mg des Triazins, gelöst in 50%iger Urethanlösung, i.v. injiziert. Die übrigen Versuche bzw. die Vorperioden dienten als Kontrollen. Der Nierenplasmastrom und die Glomerulusfiltration wurden durch das Triazin nicht signifikant beeinflußt. Die Harnausscheidung und die Natrium- und Chloridausscheidung wurden unter den Kochsalzinfusionen durch Gabe des Triazins erheblich gesteigert, während die Effekte bei Mannitinfusion minimal waren. Die Zusammenhänge der Wasser- und Substanzausscheidung unter der Triazinwirkung werden diskutiert, desgleichen Fragen zum Wirkungsmechanismus der Substanz.
