Zusammenfassung
Die Aufnahme von DOC und Cortison durch Vogelerythrocyten erfolgt mit unmeßbar großer Geschwindigkeit und ist innerhalb von 2 min beendet. Danach ändert sich die Hormonkonzentration im Inkubationsmedium während der Versuchszeit praktisch nicht mehr.
Die Aufnahme von DOC durch Vogelerythrocyten gehorcht einer Adsorptionstherme.
Mit sinkender Temperatur nimmt die sorbierte Hormonmenge geringfügig zu.
Verschiedene Steroidhormone werden in etwa gleichem Ausmaße an Vogelerythrocyten gebunden.
Die Aufnahme der Steroidhormone wird als Sorption an die Oberfläche (Membran) der Zellen gedeutet. Hormonbindungen und Beeinflussung des aktiven Glykokolltransportes werden verglichen.
