Der Einfluß von Strophanthin auf das Plasmavolumen beim herzinsuffizienten Menschen

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde der Einfluß von Strophanthin auf das Plasmavolumen an 14 herzinsuffizienten Patienten untersucht. Es wurden Konzentrations-Zeitkurven aufgestellt, wobei jeweils im Abstand von 15 min eine Blutentnahme, im ganzen 8 Blutentnahmen, vorgenommen wurden. 45 min nach der ersten Blutentnahme wurde 0,35 mg K-Strophanthin injiziert. Es fanden sich folgende Ergebnisse:

    Nach Strophanthin sinkt das spezifische Plasmavolumen im Mittel um 2,1 ml/kg ab.

  2. 2.

    Als Erklärungsmöglichkeit ist vor allem an die Diuresesteigerung zu denken, wie sie auch nach Strophanthin anzunehmen ist. Außerdem ist ein vermehrter Flüssigkeitsabstrom in den interstitiellen Raum zu erwägen.
