Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Nachweis geführt, daß die in der Literatur bei der Hepatitis beschriebenen Elektrolytverschiebungen sich an einem größeren Material statistisch nicht sichern lassen. Dagegen bestehen gesicherte Unterschiede gegenüber dem Coma hepaticum und anderen chronischen zum Tode führenden Leiden, deren mögliche Ursachen diskutiert werden.
