Das Verhalten des Stickstoffhaushaltes

Zusammenfassung

1. Bei insgesamt 60 Fällen von Adipositas und 23 Fällen von Lipophiler Dystrophie wurde die N-Ausscheidung untersucht. Im Hunger (Mosttage) schieden von 52 Patienten mit Adipositas 28 normale N-Mengen aus (55–100 mg/kg), 4 erhöhte und 20 erniedrigte. Von 50 adipösen Patienten hatten bei eiweißreicher, calorienarmer Diät 15 eine negative, 29 eine positive Bilanz, und 6 waren im N-Gleichgewicht. Von 20 Patienten mit Lipophiler Dystrophie hatten bei calorienreicher, eiweißfreier Diät nur 3 eine normale, 17 dagegen eine erhöhte N-Ausscheidung. Die Bilanz war unter calorienreicher, eiweißfreier Diät bei 12 von 16 Patienten negativ.

2. Die beträchtlichen Eiweißverluste im Hunger lassen eine Empfehlung dieser Diätform als Entfettungsdiät über längere Zeit nicht ratsam erscheinen. Die Zufuhr des hygienischen Eiweißminimums bei calorienarmer Kost wird gefordert.

3. Die ungünstige N-Ausscheidung vieler Fälle wird durch vermehrten Abbau des Eiweißes erklärt, da der Körper 1. seine Fettdepots nicht ausreichend abbauen kann und 2. eiweiß-katabolische und -antianabolische Tendenzen vorherrschen.
