Zusammenfassung
1. Die Permeation von Giften in das Lebergewebe wird an isolierten, mit Lösungen der Gifte durchströmten Kaninchenlebern untersucht.
2. Zwischen der Permeationsgeschwindigkeit und den Verteilungskoeffizienten Heptan/Wasser der Gifte wird eine Abhängigkeit gefunden, die auf eine Membran mit lipoidem Charakter zwischen Blut und Lebergewebe hinweist.
3. Diese Membran muß außerdem Poren besitzen, die den relativ raschen Durchtritt von Giften mit extrem niedrigem Verteilungskoeffizienten ermöglichen.
4. Das Verhalten der Gifte an der Membran in der Leber wird mit dem Verhalten derselben Stoffe an der Membran zwischen Blut und Liquor verglichen. Zwei verschiedene Typen einer Lipoid-Poren-Membran werden erörtert.
