III. Mitteilung. Einfluß von N-Lost und N-Lost + Urethan auf den Stoffwechsel myeloisch-leukämischer Zellen

Zusammenfassung

An Leukocytensuspensionen von 10 Patienten mit chronisch-myeloischer Leukämie wurden nach Behandlung mit N-Lost und N-Lost + Urethan Atmung und Glykolyse nachWarburg bestimmt.

Auf Behandlung mit Lost traten geringe Schwankungen, die gegen Ende der Behandlung deutlicher wurden, auf. Bei Kombination mit Urethan war vorerst eine Atmungssteigerung mit Senkung der Glykolyse, später eine deutliche Atmungssenkung mit Erhöhung der Glykolysewerte nachzuweisen.

Die Stoffwechselveränderungen wurden mit dem Schädigungsstoffwechsel und mit der Wirkung auf Blutbildungsstätten in Beziehung gebracht.
