Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein experimentell erzeugtes Ödem der Rattenpfote durch Injektion von homologem Serum berichtet. Der Einfluß der Dialyse, Hitzedenaturierung und ebenso die Wirksamkeit der einzelnen Eiweiß-fraktionen des Rattenserums wird beschrieben. Histamin- und 5-Hydroxytryptaminbestimmungen in ödematösen und normalen Rattenpfoten wurden durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchungen werden diskutiert.
