Recurrent interactions between individual motoneurones and dorsal root fibres in the frog

Summary

Direct intracellular stimulation of amphibian motoneurones can elicit unitary recurrent responses in some individual primary afferent fibres. These effects are probably mediated through GABA-ergic terminals of spinal interneurones.
