Abstract

The paper is a contribution to present knowledge of the system: atmosphere-ice-ocean. A theoretical model for investigation of the dynamics and thermodynamics of an ice-cover regime is suggested.

Based on this physical model, a series of numerical experiments has been performed to define the influence of changing external conditions on the ice cover regime (variations of albedo and heat flux from water to the lower ice surface).
