Construction of a simple flat magnetic separator

Summary

A procedure for the construction of a cheap and simple flat magnetic separator is described. The separator can be used to remove magnetic carriers and sorbents from up to 500 – 1000 ml of suspension. The properties of this model and commercially available separators are similar.
