Summary

Two lethal cases of inhalation of vapors containing trichloroethylene are reported. The results of autopsy and of histological and toxicological examinations indicated a long lasting exposure and survival time.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über zwei tödliche Vergiftungen nach Inhalation von Trichloräthylendämpfen berichtet. Obduktionsergebnisse, histologische Befunde und chemisch-toxikologische Analysenergebnisse sprechen für eine länger dauernde Exposition und Überlebenszeit.
