Post-operative haemorrhage from stress ulceration in a Meckel's diverticulum

Abstract

A patient with severe post-operative haemorrhage from stress ulceration in a Meckel's diverticulum is reported. This complication has not been previously described and should be considered in a child with major lower gastrointestinal bleeding following major surgery or trauma.
