Abstract
A fetus in fetu is defined as a condition where a parasitic twin is found included within the body of its partner [8]. This is a report of a fetus in fetu treated successfully in a 4-mounth-old boy that fulfilled all the criteria of the disease. A brief review of the literature is also included.
