Diffuse spinal leptomeningeal metastases from prostatic cancer

Summary

A patient with a spinal form of diffuse metastatic leptomeningeal carcinoma from prostatic cancer is reported. The clinical manifestations and diagnosis are discussed, and the literature reviewed.

Résumé

Un cas de forme spinale d'arachnoïdite diffuse métastatique à partir d'un cancer de la prostate est présenté. Les différentes manifestations cliniques sont discutées à partir d'une revue de la littérature.
