Grosse-Kempf nail combined with a Scan hip prosthesis

Summary

A Grosse-Kempf nail was used with a Scan femoral hip prosthesis to manage a patient who sustained a pathological fracture of the neck of the femur after the previous introduction of the interlocking nail for a similar fracture of the lower end of the femur.

Un clou de Grosse-Kempf a été utilisé conjointement avec une prothèse totale de hanche pour traiter un malade qui présentait une fracture pathologique du col du fémur, après mise en place du clou verrouillé pour une fracture de même nature de l'extrémité inférieure du fémur.
