Abstract
A rare case of mirror-image dextrocardia with inverse visceroatrial relationship associated with a double symphysis pubis and splitting of the lumbosacral spine and duplication of the bladder and urethra is reported. The clinical findings and investigations are described. An embryological explanation is also suggested.
