Identical twins with mature ovarian teratomas

Abstract

A report of identical twins is presented in which both sisters had mature ovarian teratomas. One of the sisters, who had bilateral teratomas, underwent unilateral oophorectomy and contralateral partial oophorectomy to allow preservation of some of the less affected ovary.
