Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die Ergebnisse der partiellen Ciliarkörperresektion nach den Verfahren von Friede und von Flieringa bei 37 Fällen eingehend berichtet. Die Operationsmethoden wurden teilweise durch Entfernung der tumornahen Bulbuswand mit Corneaskleralplastik ergänzt. Es handelte sich um die operative Behandlung von 27 malignen und 10 benignen Geschwülsten der Iris und des Ciliarkörpers. Bei einer Beobachtungszeit der malignen Tumoren in 81% über 2 Jahre, in 46% über 4 Jahre und in 26% über 5 Jahre wurde in keinem Falle ein Lokalrezidiv oder eine Metastasenbildung festgestellt.
Résumé
Les résultats de 37 cas de résection partielle du corps ciliaire, selon les méthodes de Friede et Flieringa, sont rapportés. Les méthodes opératoires ont été partiellement complétés par l'enlèvement de la paroi bulbaire, proche à la tumeur et remplacement par une greffe sclérocorneale. Il s'agissait du traitement opératoire de 27 tumeurs malignes et de 10 tumeurs bénignes de l'iris et du corps ciliaire. Aucune récidive locale ni aucune formation de métastases n'a été observée après une observation des tumeurs malignes de plus de 2 ans dans 81%, de plus de 4 ans dans 46% et de plus de 5 ans dans 26% des cas.
Summary
The article presents a detailed report on the results of the partial resection of the ciliary body according to Friede's or Flieringa's method in 37 cases. These operation methods were partly supplemented by the removal of the bulbar wall in the vicinity of the tumour, with corneoscleral plastic surgery. Operative treatment was carried out in 27 cases of malignant and 10 benign tumours of the iris and of the ciliary body. During an observation period of over 2 years in 81% of the malignant tumours, and of over 4 years in 46%, and of over 5 years in 26%, no case showed a local recurrence or the formation of a metastasis.
