The effect of pilocarpine and acetazolamide on the outflow resistance in normal and glaucomatous human eyes

  • Published:
Documenta Ophthalmologica Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

In 43 normal and 16 glaucomatous cases pilocarpine produces a resistance change which shows a significant correlation to the initial outflow resistance, whereas acetazolamide produces a change in pressure correlated to the initial pressure.
