Spectroscopic investigation of the chromosphere

III: Hα line profile from the interior of supergranular cells

Abstract

The line profile of H⇓ as emanating from the interior of supergranular cells was measured at sin θ = 0, 0.6, 0.8 and 0.9. The measurements are described and the results presented.
