Summary
Kinetics of poly - HB accumulation in Pseudomonas 2F, a recently isolated and new strain, differ considerably from the behaviour found hitherto with other strains. After a period of carbon limitation of 1 hour, without the application of growth - limiting conditions, the accumulation of poly - HB is evidently accelerated (carbon - overcompensation).
