Abstract

Results of an experimental study of superfluid He II properties in the non-stationary rotation regime are presented. On the basis of an analysis of the experimental data it is shown that the behavior of pulsar rotation (sudden jumps in speed, long relaxation processes) can be explained on the basis of the assumption of a neutron superfluid in pulsars.
