Abstract
Using cytokinin dependent soybean callus and HPLC analysis it was shown that soybean callus rapidly metabolises ribosylzeatin-5′-monophosphate to biologically active compounds which co-chromatographed with trans-ribosylzeatin and trans-zeatin.
