Hydrological problems of the vistula river valley near Płock

Abstract

The Vistula river valley near the city of Plock is characterized by the presence of a cascade of terraces, determining the circulation of water and matter. The relationship between the surface water of the Vistula river and the alluvial groundwater is discussed.
