INTRODUCTION:In the general population there is a notable prevalence of diabetic hypertensive subjects with CKD. For the better management of the pharmacological therapy of these subjects it is necessary to have multi-specialized, integrated and wide-ranging skills. Alongside the competences of cardio-vascular and endocrinological relevance, it is necessary to possess the competence to proceed first of all to the detection of Chronic Kidney Disease.
