Comparison of NVH Behavior of Electric Vehicles

The acoustics of electric vehicles become increasingly important during development. Without the internal combustion engine noise and due to new noise sources, like electric motors or battery cooling, several noise phenomena are recognized during operation which have a direct influence on comfort. In this article, the supplier hofer eds compares the NVH characteristics of three electric vehicles.

Acoustics are increasingly important in modern cars, as they are a significant factor for the comfort of the vehicle occupants.
