Komplikationen und Konsequenzen der chronischen Pankreatitis

Im akuten Schub der chronischen Pankreatitis (CP) werden Patienten oft kurzzeitig stationär behandelt. Die Langzeitbetreuung erfolgt jedoch beim niedergelassenen Allgemein- oder Facharzt, für den daher die Komplikationen und Konsequenzen der Erkrankung von Bedeutung sind. Dieser Artikel fasst die Diagnostik und konservative Therapie der CP zusammen.
