Pulmonale hyaline Granulomatose plus X?

Seltene Erkrankung mit vielen Gesichtern

Bei einem Patienten mit pulmonaler hyaliner Granulomatose trat zunehmend Belastungsdyspnoe auf. Die in der Bildgebung entdeckten Kalzifizierungen könnten auf eine Tuberkulose hinweisen oder auf ein metastasiertes Lungenkarzinom. Um Therapieoptionen — auch im Hinblick auf Komorbiditäten — zu eruieren, war umfangreiche Differenzialdiagnostik nötig.
