Lichen sclerosus im Kindesalter ist keine seltene Erkrankung. Eine frühe Diagnosestellung und ein zügiger Therapiebeginn sind nicht nur zur Vermeidung von Komplikationen, sondern auch zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität von entscheidender Bedeutung.
