Durch den zunehmenden Einsatz der Schilddrüsensonografie werden immer mehr Schilddrüsenknoten diagnostiziert, die aber meist keiner Therapie bedürfen. Wie vermeiden Sie eine Überdiagnostik und -therapie, ohne behandlungsbedürftige Pathologien zu übersehen?
