Zusammenfassung

Schlafstörungen müssen behandelt werden, wenn sie symptomatisch sind, die Lebensqualität beeinträchtigen, zu funktionellen Problemen im Alltag führen oder die Selbstversorgungsfähigkeit gefährden. So groß wie die Zahl der Schlafstörungen ist, so unterschiedlich und vielfältig sind auch die verfügbaren therapeutischen Verfahren.
