Segment 1. Rhythmic movements of the tongue resembling tremor with tongue deviation to the right producing rhythmic sound like horse gallop. There also was involvement of the lower lip with downward deviation of the lower lip at the angle of the mouth. Movements of the mouth floor muscles were present as well. Segment 2. Activation and disappearance of tongue tremor while the finger was moving towards and away from patient’s face respectively. This is perceived by the produced, like horse gallop, sound. Touching patient’s face changed tongue tremor frequency. Segment 3. Remission of tongue tremor after treatment (MP4 36816 KB)
