Samenvatting
Het bestaan van 2 urineblazen met aparte urethrae komt zeer zelden voor en wordt meestal op kinderleeftijd vastgesteld. Wij presenteren de casus van een vrouw bij wie de diagnose pas op 61-jarige leeftijd werd gesteld. De kenmerken van blaas- en urethraduplicatie worden besproken.

The rare existence of two bladders with separate urethra is most often diagnosed early in life. We present the case of a female with this phenomenon, being diagnosed only at her 61st. The features of bladder- and urethra duplication will be described.
