Systematic study of the optimization potential for di-electron measurements in the CBM experiment

Abstract

In this paper, we present a systematic investigation of an optimization of the di-electron setup of the CBM experiment for the measurement of low-mass vector mesons, and establish a limit on pion misidentification.
