Samenvatting

Insulin degludec (IDeg) is a new ultra-long-acting basal insulin shown to have low day-to-day variability in a euglycemic clamp study. In this post-hoc meta-analysis of patients with T2D, we compared day-to-day variability in mean selfmeasured blood glucose (derived from 9-point profiles; 9P-SMPG) between IDeg and insulin glargine (IGlar).
