Zusammenfassung
Es wird über das Auftreten von zentral ulzerierenden aphthoiden Läsionen der Mundschleimhaut bei einem 12-jährigen Mädchen berichtet. Diese erwiesen sich als orales Erscheinungsbild eines Morbus Crohn.

Abstract
We report on the appearance of central ulcerous aphthoid lesions of the oral mucosa in a 12-year-old girl, which proved to be the oral manifestation of Crohn’s disease.
