Kyste hydatique du foie ouvert dans la vésicule biliaire : à propos d’un cas

Hepatic hydatid cyst open into the gallbladder: a case report

Résumé

L’ouverture dans les voies biliaires intra hépatiques est la complication la plus fréquente du kyste hydatique du foie. L’ouverture dans la vésicule biliaire reste une évolution exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons l’observation d’une femme de 65 ans prise en charge pour un syndrome douloureux et fébrile de l’hypochondre droit. Les différentes explorations ont conclu à une cholécystite aigüe hydatique suite à une ouverture d’un kyste hydatique du foie dans la vésicule biliaire. Le traitement a été chirurgical avec une bonne évolution.

Abstract

The opening in the intra hepatic bile ducts is the most common complication of hepatic hydatid cyst. The opening in the gallbladder is unusual.We report the case of a 65-year-old woman with complaints of right upper quadrant pain and fever. Various explorations have found a hydatid acute cholecystitis due to an opening of a hydatid cyst of the liver in the gallbladder. Treatment was surgical.
