Mit CARDIO-Integral nutzte die AOK PLUS die Chance, im Rahmen der Integrierten Versorgung eine kardiologische Behandlungskette zu definieren und zu etablieren. Steigende Teilnehmerzahlen und stetige Weiterentwicklungen sprechen für die hohe Akzeptanz und den Erfolg des Vertrages. Hohe Qualität, Patientenorientierung und eine enge Zusammenarbeit der Leistungserbringer prägen CARDIO-Integral.

Abstract
With CARDIO-Integral, AOK PLUS used the chance to define and establish a cardiology therapeutic pathway in the scope of integrated health care. The growing number of patients and continual further development speak for the high acceptability and success of the project. High quality, patient orientation and close co-operation of the care providers characterize CARDIO-Integral.
