Zusammenfassung

Fragen sozialer und ökologischer Verantwortung werden in Zeiten von Web 2.0 auch online kontrovers diskutiert, mit entsprechenden Implikationen für das Marken- und Kommunikationsmanagement von Unternehmen. Der Schweizer Swisscom Nature Unternehmensblog hat seinen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt explizit auf die Kommunikation von Umweltthemen gelegt. Eine Analyse soll zeigen, welche Potenziale und Risiken ein nachhaltigkeitsorientiertes Marketing in der Onlinewelt darstellt.
