Procedure of Experimental Investigation into the Cyclic Crack Growth Resistance of Materials under Nonisothermal Conditions

Abstract

A procedure has been developed for cyclic crack growth resistance tests of material samples under nonisothermal conditions with a controlled phase shift between cyclic heating and mechanical low-cycle loading. The efficiency of the procedure has been verified by the results obtained.
