The scheme was implemented correctly, but there is an error as presented in Eq. 3. The correct notation is as follows:

where ρ is density of air (kg m-3), Cp specific heat of air, γ psychrometric constant, D vapour pressure deficit (kPa), λ latent heat of vaporisation, g c canopy conductance that was obtained as the product of LAI and g s or g sm , and K duration under consideration, which is daylight hours in seconds for the daily, or 3600 s for hourly, time scales.
