Metrological assurance of measurements of geometric parameters of articles by means of nondestructive testing

The basic results of studies carried out at the All-Russia Research Institute of Metrological Service in the area of metrological assurance of measurements of the thickness of coatings and sheet materials, wear of wire rope, and the parameters of defects are presented.
