Measurement of the piezoelectric modulus in terms of the conductance of a piezoceramic element

Acoustic Measurements

Relations for determining the optimum frequency step when measuring the conductance of a piezoceramic element are presented. An instrument-attachment to the frequency-characteristic analyzer is developed, which enables the piezoelectric modulus to be measured and monitored. The value of the piezoelectric modulus is converted into a dc voltage, transmitted to a digital indicator and is used to control the technological equipment.
