Method of Calculating the Speed Regime for Continuous Pipe Rolling

Article

A method is proposed for calculating the speed regime in the continuous longitudinal rolling of pipes on a long mandrel. The calculations are performed with allowance for the effect of the parameters of the roll-pass design on the regime. Specific calculations are presented as examples.
