Optimization of the Process of Machining of Inhomogeneous Built-Up Parts of Tractors

We study the fracture of inhomogeneous built-up materials by cutting tools made of hard alloys and superhard materials based on boron nitride and determine the characteristics of their inhomogeneity and machinability. The mutual influence and relationship between of physicomechanical characteristics of cutting and machining of the built-up parts of tractors are estimated. By using these data, we optimize the process of cutting and determine its optimal speed.
