Polymorphism of Compounds with the Non-Polar Structure of Low Temperature Modifications

Article

Abstract

Possible polymorphic transformations of crystals with the non-polar structure of the low-temperature modification are found. The conditions of single domain formation and switching of the bistable structure of these crystals are determined and tabulated. The relations between the characteristics of the lowtemperature modifications of secondary and high-order ferroics are established.
